About the Training
What is Kindled?
Kindled is hands-on AI training for people who don't write code, on their own or as a team. It teaches Claude AI through a structured 4-module curriculum with interactive exercises, real-world tasks, and an AI playbook you keep. It's not a lecture series or webinar, it's a real program with real practice.
What AI tool does the training cover?
The training focuses on Claude AI by Anthropic. You'll learn prompt engineering, workflow automation with Google Workspace, Claude Projects for knowledge management, Skills for organizational voice, and practical workplace applications. The skills you learn transfer to other AI tools as well.
Who is this training for?
Kindled is for people who don't write code: teams at nonprofits, synagogues, churches, schools, small businesses and larger organizations, and individuals learning on their own, such as career changers, solo staff and educators. If you use tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and want to work more efficiently with AI, it's for you. Self-serve works for one person or a whole team. Guided and on-site training are for teams.
Do participants need technical experience?
No. The program starts from the very basics, what AI is, how it works, and how to set up your account. No coding or technical background is required. If you can write an email, you can do this training.
What will I learn?
You learn AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, how to connect Claude to existing tools (Google Workspace, data exports), how to build organizational knowledge bases with Claude Projects, how to build Skills for consistent voice, and how to build a lasting AI playbook for continued use after the training ends.
Program Structure
How long is the training program?
The program consists of 4 modules with 39 lessons. Self-serve learners move at their own pace with a monthly subscription. Guided learners meet biweekly with their instructor over approximately 8 weeks.
What are the four modules?
Module 1 (Foundations) covers AI literacy, account setup, and prompt engineering basics. Module 2 (Practical Workflows) teaches tool integration and data handling. Module 3 (Building Systems) focuses on Claude Projects, SOPs, and organizational voice. Module 4 (Creative Applications) explores advanced use cases and builds your team's AI playbook.
Is the training customized for our organization?
Yes. Every organization gets lesson content personalized with their name, tools, workflows, staff roles, and real scenarios. The exercises use tasks relevant to your team's actual work, not generic examples.
What's the difference between self-serve and guided training?
Self-serve gives you a monthly subscription to the full curriculum, same expert-crafted content, interactive exercises, and progress tracking, all at your own pace. Guided training adds live instructor-led sessions, biweekly meetings, personalized feedback, and a custom organizational AI playbook built with your trainer.
Can individual team members go at different paces?
Yes. Each person has their own login with individual progress tracking. Some may finish in a week, others may take more time. The platform tracks each person's completion independently.
Pricing & Access
How much does the training cost?
Self-serve is a 3 day free trial, then $149 for the first month, then $99 per month until you cancel. Guided training starts at $4,000 per team, and on-site training starts at $9,500 plus travel and expenses. All tiers include the same expert-crafted curriculum.
Can I sign up on my own, without a team?
Yes. Self-serve works for one person. You get your own account, lessons customized to your work, and your own playbook. You can invite teammates later if you want.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every self-serve account starts with a 3 day free trial of the first lessons; you can cancel from your account settings before it ends and you will not be charged.
How do team members get access?
Share your invite link with your team. Each person subscribes through your invite link and manages their own subscription from account settings.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, in one click followed by a plain confirmation. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later stops future payments; access continues to the end of the month you paid for, and there are no partial refunds.
Do you have a partner or affiliate program?
Yes. Consultants, advisors and association staff can earn 20% of a new customer's first self-serve payment ($149 first month after the trial) by sharing a referral link, and Sales Partners earn 15% of collected Guided and On-Site contracts they bring in. Details and signup are on the partner program page at kindled.tech/partners.
Technical Requirements
What do participants need to get started?
A computer with a web browser and an email address. That's it. Participants will create a free Claude AI account during the first module. No software installation is required.
Does my organization need a Claude AI subscription?
Participants can start with Claude's free tier, which is sufficient for the training exercises. Some organizations choose to upgrade to Claude Pro ($20/month, or $17/month billed annually) for higher usage limits, but it's not required to complete the program.
Does the training work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. Module 2 covers integration with Google Workspace in detail. The same principles apply to Microsoft 365, and the exercises can be adapted to either platform.
